About Agarwood

Agarwood tree oil also known as "Oud Oil" is one of the most precious, rare and certainly the most expensive essential oil in existence today. This essential oil is derived from the heartwood of the agarwood tree. There are a number of popular species but typically Aquilaria Malaccensis or Aquilaria Crassna is used to make the oil. The Aquilaria tree is prevalent to South East Asia especially in the countries of Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
